Happy Halloween everyone, hope its a safe one!! I am trying not to eat every piece of candy that I see, so far so good....oh butterfingers, gotta go, BYE.

OK, I'm totally on the program this week and it sucks! I found a sugar free pumpkin pie at the store so I am really excited. Lost 5 pounds this week so can't complain! We also have a pucking pumpkin on our front porch. Great minds think alike! Connor is an alien from Area 51 this year.
Great job Janet 5 lbs, that awesome. The battle is set now...who will reach thier goal first. We have to get there before the holidays...too much good food to pass up then.
