Day 1 at the Gym !!

Well I made it to the gym. First time in a year. I was a little nervous if I was going to feel winded, but I kept it real easy. I didn't overdue it and my heart gave me no problems. I am just going to take it slow and build some endurance. I feel great that I did it, now I just need to stick to it. Thanks for the words of encouragement.

Again, swimming is a low impact, good, all-around workout....If your gym has a pool, try it. If you need a coach, long distance, I'll help. Trust me, most people use the regular equipment...not the pool, so you will probably be the only one in it...just a thought. But, if you have a workout that works for you, just stick with it! =)

Your right to take it easy just increase a little each week... much easier for your heart to adjust. Remember its not about how much you can lose before Cabo but how long term you are able to keep extra weight off. Also rememeber that your body won't regain the weight so easy if you lose slow.
