I just got back from the Gym. It's my first time exercising in a few weeks. Felt great after I was done but was hard to motivate myself to go. In an hours time, I am done now and have the rest of the afternoon off. I am still in shock about my weigh-in. I expected to be back over 200!! I did start my diet yesterday, I went all day without a soda. Got a headache though! I am calling this phase of the diet ".1" cause I already started a day 1 on January 31st. Now that I am restarting my commitment to my health, this is the second phase.

Good for you Ryan. Starting is the hardest after being "off program" I stumble over gym equipment and use it as a clothes hanger, Slow start for me.
