John McCain has chosen Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin to be his vice-presidential candidate on the Republican ticket for the White House, a senior McCain campaign official has told CNN. The 44-year-old Palin, now in her first term as governor, is the first woman and the youngest person to hold the state's top political job. Wonder if Hillary is jealous?

Gov Palin supported a constitutional amendment to the Alaska state constitution in 1998 to ban same-sex marriage and, later, supported putting a measure on the ballot that sought to ban benefits for the same-sex partners of state employees!! Yay! More HATE!!
