Week 1 Update.

So I just had my weigh in for the first week and it said 191.6. Down 4.4 pounds. Pretty good start. I have been really good on my diet all week. I did have one reward day of spaghetti and garlic bread, but was very good and rode my bike 13 miles that day, so I thought I deserved a good Italian dinner. So that being said I am only 6.6 pounds away from my goal of 185. With 7 weeks to go I should have no problem making my goal. Although I have cravings all day long, I keep telling myself, " Nothing taste as good as Skinny feels" and 7 weeks, anyone can give up something and stick with it for 7 weeks.......Yeah i know, just keep saying it!!
