Week 3 update.

Well they say the last 5 pounds is always the hardest. Today I weighed-in at 189.4 which is pretty much the same from a week ago. The good news, I may of broke through the 190 threshold to stay below that plateau would feel really good. I am going strong sticking to my diet and continually working out almost every day. I still am shooting for 185 as my goal by Oct 1st and with just 6 weeks to go, I think its a very reachable goal.
