Oh yeah and by the way, I reached my goal before the wedding day. This morning I weighed in at 185.6!!! Wahoooooo!!

Wedding Weekend Here......

Family and Friends from all over the Country have started traveling to come together and celebrate the union of Rebecca and Eric. Of course I'll have lots of Pics from the entire weekend, but I just wanted to mention this joyous occasion has finally arrived. Congrats to the both of them, We love you!!

September 11th means so much to me, on so many different levels. It’s seems like yesterday. What happened has been indented into our souls. I will never forget. No one will ever forget.

Our first storm casualty....

We just had a 62 mph wind gust and look what happen, right in front of our house!!

This is Irene, She could be headed right for New England, Sunday into Monday. The direct path is still unknown, 30 miles either direction will have a great impact on what we get out of this CAT 3 storm. could be 80mph winds and up to 10 inches of rain. I will keep ya posted as it gets closer. I am off till Monday, so for now all I have to do is sit and wait for it to show up.

Week 3 update.

Well they say the last 5 pounds is always the hardest. Today I weighed-in at 189.4 which is pretty much the same from a week ago. The good news, I may of broke through the 190 threshold to stay below that plateau would feel really good. I am going strong sticking to my diet and continually working out almost every day. I still am shooting for 185 as my goal by Oct 1st and with just 6 weeks to go, I think its a very reachable goal.

I just had my week 2 weigh in can you guess what it was.
Less than 5 pounds to go to my goal. Wahoo!!!

Week 1 Update.

So I just had my weigh in for the first week and it said 191.6. Down 4.4 pounds. Pretty good start. I have been really good on my diet all week. I did have one reward day of spaghetti and garlic bread, but was very good and rode my bike 13 miles that day, so I thought I deserved a good Italian dinner. So that being said I am only 6.6 pounds away from my goal of 185. With 7 weeks to go I should have no problem making my goal. Although I have cravings all day long, I keep telling myself, " Nothing taste as good as Skinny feels" and 7 weeks, anyone can give up something and stick with it for 7 weeks.......Yeah i know, just keep saying it!!

Nothing beats riding a beach cruiser on the strand with the ocean breeze blowing against you, the pacific sun soaking into you.

This is it....the countdown has begun to Rebecca's wedding.

Today is August 1st, 2010. I have exactly two months to reach my weight loss goal.

I am off to a good start, I made it to the gym, had a balanced breakfast, downloaded my charts and ready. 8 weeks. That's not too long, anyone can stick to a plan for 8 weeks right?? Oh man I hope so!! My starting weight is 196, down from 217 on December first, I want to be 185 by October 1st. That's only 11 pounds, very attainable and reachable goal. So this is it, no more food cheating, no more excuses. I will make my goal!!

Love it!! I just audtioned for the new saftey demo that will be shown on all our airplanes. If not a speaking part hopefully I can play the role of "man exits lavatory"

Here are a few of my favorite shots from this weekend. You can see a lot more on my facebook page. I had the most wonderful weekend. The wedding was beautiful, the bride and groom were stunning. Getting to see all of my family and my cousins was the best part for sure. We promised each other going this day forward we were gonna stay in contact better, and I am so looking forward to that.

Well I'm back in Boston after the most amazing weekend. It was so great catching up with my family. Hopefully I'll get some pics up soon.

Everyone has started to get ready for the black tie evening. Should be an amazing evening, and a goregous wedding!!

Its so sad to hear about Amy Whinehouse. Although not surprised by the news, such a waste of talent. Kids another reason why not to do drugs.

Had a great first night at the wedding in Dallas. It was so great to reconnect with my cousins Geoffrey, Alex, Alison, and Lisa. It's been way too long!
